Xindanwei runs on membership basis, while keeping the day drop-in possible for the first timers. There are four types of membership; only the first two could access the space 24 hours per day.

a. Fulltime Membership = 2000RMB／ month

With a monthly membership you will have the freedom to reserve the workstation at your favorite spot in the space. We allow people to access the space at any time with fingerprints, and you can share your workstation with others on different days.

b.Parttime Membership:

This type of membership allows you to use the space on the days you reserve at any time. The prices are based on the number of days you wish to work in Xindanwei on monthly basis.

Parttime 1(four days per month) 395RMB
Parttime 2(eight days per month) 780RMB
Partime 3(twelve days per month) 1170RMB
Partime 4(sixteen days per month) 1560RMB

c. Random Membership:

This type of membership allows you to use Xindanwei space on hourly basis (15 RMB/hour), after you sign up to become a Xindanwei Random Member for just 100 RMB. It allows you to use the facilities during the work hours, get connected with Xindanwei network, attend all the Xindanwei “members only” event.

600RMB(60EUR, 85USD)per month for individual; 1000RMB(100EUR, 143USD) per month for corporate.

This type of membership allows people and organizations from overseas and outside Shanghai to create exposure in China and Shanghai with minimum cost. Xindanwei could become:
- Your distribution outlet of business correspondence composition such as (online or offline) brochures, publications and flyers.
- Postal forwarding center
- Temporary office and meeting room during your stay in Shanghai(3 days per month for corporate; 2 days per month for individual; including 6 hours conference room use for corporate, and 4 hours for individual. If you need extra hour for conference, it costs 10RMB/hour/person)
- Hot desk for services such as graphic design, event management,alternative travel arrangement, market research, translation and production work of books, promotional materials and premiers provided by Xindanwei coworker team of freelance professionals
- Webmaster for your information (in English and Chinese)at Xindanwei website
- Basic secretarial support on site, for instance, photocopying, scanning and printing.

If you are unfamiliar with Xindanwei or coworking, it is a good idea to start with a day pass to experience the space and atmosphere. This day pass allows you to drop in and use all the facilities here from 9am to 6pm.

Got a visitor?
As an open workspace and community, Xindanwei welcomes all the visitors! Please reserve conference space for your meeting in advance, or keep your coworkers undisturbed if you receive visitor(s) at your workstation. There are different price schemes for different kind of memberships:
A.Fulltime membership: two hours per day included, 10RMB/hour/visitor for the extra hour.
B.Parttime membership: two hours per day included, 10RMB/hour/visitor for the extra hour.
C.Random membership: 15RMB/hour/visitor
D.Contact@Xindanwei: two hours per day included, 10RMB/hour/visitor for the extra hour.
