TK Terrace

The first release of xīndānwèi|PROPERTY is the Tai Kang Terrace, aka TK Terrace, at Taikang/Jianguo rd. area. It is a retail conversion of restored factories strung together.

The spaces have been completely transformed to allow the customers and tenants to exist in a unique mix of indoor and outdoor space among many different levels of both indoor and outdoor spaces.
