2011上海音乐学院国际电子音乐周 专家讲座
上海音乐学院国际电子音乐周创办于2006年。其宗旨是:依托上海这个国际化的大都市,搭建一个在电子音乐领域最具国际性和前沿性的舞台。在这个舞台上,将展示全球最新的电子音乐作品、声音艺术装置和电子音乐技术研发成果。同时,也给中国作曲家和新生代作曲家提供一个电子音乐作品首演和发布的平台。

2011第三届上海音乐学院国际电子音乐周将于2011年10月10日至14日举行,由一系列音乐会、声音互动装置展、大师班、讲座、工作坊及国际论坛组成。本届电子音乐周还将增加《电子音乐与音乐新媒体研究》论文征集与评选活动,并出版论文集。
为了鼓励海内外院校的青年学生及从事电子音乐的年青人在电子音乐领域进行创新实验,上海音乐学院国际电子音乐周将继续举办电子音乐作品征集与评选活动。
专家简介
(一)丹尼尔·修诺
作曲家,1963 年出生于瑞士苏黎世。
他与梅拉尼.德肯一起在英国学习作曲并与乔尔.瑞恩和克拉伦斯.巴洛在荷兰的海牙学习电子与电脑音乐。受到米歇尔.维斯维兹的邀请,直到 2005 年,他都作为艺术总监领导着STEIM——荷兰著名的电子器乐工作室以及新乐器之家。在那里,他得以与像弗兰克凡德文、弗兰西斯-玛丽.尤提、奈塔奇卡.奈兹科诺瓦、雷尔蒂夏.斯诺米、弗朗西斯科.洛佩兹、乔恩.罗斯、安妮.拉布格以及斯坦纳.瓦索卡这样的艺术家合作,并且还与荷兰众多的新音乐组织,如斯图加特的 FNM 和莫斯科的 Theremin 研究所进行了合作。丹尼尔目前是 STEIM 的在研作曲家以及创意项目的指导。他的近期作品包括了正在进行中的“KAIROS 工程”,在这个作品中他邀请了多名器乐演奏家来演奏他的创新性传感器乐器。他的音乐会及工作坊令他享誉全欧洲各地和远在约翰内斯堡的索韦托,冰岛,上海以及危地马拉城的街头艺人和孩子们。
(二) 鲁格·布鲁姆
鲁格·布鲁姆在德国出生长大。1983 年获得心理学/社会学文凭。在 1983-1989 年期间在埃森富特旺根艺术大学(富特旺根音乐学院 the Folkwang Hochschule Essen)跟随尼古拉斯·哈勃(Nicolaus A. Huber)学习器乐作曲,跟随德克·瑞斯(Dirk Reith)学习电子音乐作曲。与编舞家苏珊娜·琳克合作完成了舞蹈作品“Ruhrort”在美国、欧洲以及亚洲有数场演出。是为“荷兰舞蹈剧场(Nederlands Dans Theater)”而作的芭蕾舞蹈音乐。与克里斯汀·莫乐(Christian Moeller)合作的多媒体展在东京螺旋大厅(Spiral Hall)和里斯本进行展演。1993-2000 年回到埃森富特旺根艺术大学教授作曲与分析的课程。2000 年在伦敦金斯顿大学担任研究员并同时在贝尔法斯特女王大学的声音艺术研究中心教授作曲。从 2003 年 4 月开始,他在德国卡尔斯鲁厄艺术与媒体中心担任“音乐与声学研究所”的艺术指导。于 2009 年他成为柏林艺术学院的成员之一。
(三)雅各布·巴博尼-施林吉
雅各布·巴博尼-施林吉,意大利作曲家,交互式装置艺术家,出生于 1971 年 4 月。雅各布有着博洛尼亚 G.马丁音乐学院作曲系和米兰音乐学院当代音乐系的双学士学位。最近他刚刚完成了“音乐与研究”的博士学位课程。他曾在多个国际音乐竞赛中脱颖而出,他的作品则多次受邀于各意大利音乐节,如以当代音乐作品为主体的“新意大利音乐节”。因其音乐风格的多变,雅各布所合作过的乐队也囊括了当代与古典乐队等多种风格,并受到多个机构的委约,如 IRCAM,圣西西利亚国立艺术学院,贝尔福的 CICV 机构,法国的 Dile 交响乐团。与此同时,他的音乐也因此得到广为流传播。除了在音乐创作上有所成就之外,他在交互式装置上也颇有建树。这也使得他常常有机会与不同艺术领域的艺术家合作。这其中包括建筑师、作家、雕塑家、视频艺术家等。其中,与作家兼艺术家 J.P Balpe 的合作期间,他曾制作出多个演出作品,《三个神话和盲人诗人》(Trois mythologies et un poète aveugle)(IRCAM 机构, 1997)、《图》(nographie)(诗歌双年展, 2003)等。除了注重个人才艺的展示,他也长期致力于如何将自己的所学所得传授给他人。他曾研究出版作曲的个人理论专著——“超系统音乐”,并开始制作一些与“超系统音乐”相关的软件。而 1998 年,在 IRCAM,他创建了《听 10 张游戏光碟》(CD-Rom 10 Jeux d’écoute),并以此来推进青少年对音乐的兴趣。同样地,自 1999 至 2001 年,他还为孩子创作了一套以字母顺序为题材的音乐系统,这套系统被佛罗伦萨、米兰、罗马和锡耶纳的各个学校广泛推行。他担任法国蒙特贝利尔音乐学院的作曲系教授,并在多个大学内开办过讲座。2001 年他创立了 PRISMA 机构;2007 年在法国和意大利出版了他的理论著作。他目前在法国担任交互音乐乐团的艺术总监。

2011 Shanghai Conservatory of Music International Electronic Music Week Expert Talks
Shanghai Conservatory of Music International Electronic Music Week was founded in 2006. It aims at establishment of an international and pioneering stage in electronic music field in Shanghai. The latest electronic music pieces, sound installations and electronic music technology achievements will be presented in the music week. Meanwhile, it is also a platform for Chinese composers and green-born composers to perform.

The 3rd Shanghai Conservatory of Music International Electronic Music Week 2011 will be held from October 10 to October 14(sound installation exhibition will be held from Oct.7 to Oct.16, which consists of a series of concerts, sound arts installation exhibitions, lectures, workshops and international forums. We also will open essay collection, Electronic Music and New Media, and publish this essay collection for the music week.
To encourage teachers, students and young people who are working on electronic music to make innovations on electronic music field, Shanghai Conservatory of Music International Electronic Music Week will also list electronic music works collection and selection into schedule.
Bios:
(1)Daniel Schorno
Composer, born in Zurich/Switzerland in 1963. He studied composition in London with Melanie Daiken and electronic and computer music in The Hague/Netherlands, with Joel Ryan and Clarence Barlow. Invited by Michel Waisvisz he lead STEIM – the renown Dutch Studio for Electro Instrumental Music, and home of ‘New Instruments’ – as Artistic Director until 2005. There he collaborated with musicians and artists like Frank van de Ven, Frances-Marie Uitti, Netochka Nezvanova, Laetitia Sonami, Francisco Lopez, Jon Rose, Anne Laberge, Steina Vasulka, and numerous Dutch New Music Ensembles and organisations like the FNM/Stuttgart and the Theremin Institute/Moscow. He is currently STEIM’s composer-in-research and creative project advisor.
Recent works also include the ongoing ‘KAIROS Project’, where he invites instrumental virtuosi to play along with his new sensor instruments. His concerts and workshops have taken him all over Europe and as far afield as Johannesburg’s Soweto, Iceland, Shanghai and the street artists & kids of Guatemala City.
(2)Ludger Brümmer
Born and raised in Germany. Diploma in pedagogy in 1983. Between 1983-1989 composition studies with Nicolaus A. Huber (instrumental) and Dirk Reith ( electroacoustic ) at the Folkwang Hochschule Essen. Commission and collaboration with choreographer Susanne Linke for the choreography ” Ruhrort “, followed by several international performances in America, Europe and Asia. Ballet music for the “Nederlands Dans Theater”. Collaboration with Christian Moeller for Multimedia Expositions in Tokyo’s Spiral Hall and Lisboa. 1993-2000 Lecturer for composition and analysis at the Folkwang Hochschule Essen. Research fellow at Kingston University London in 2000 and lecturer for composition at the Sonic Arts Research Centre at Queen´s University Belfast. Since April 2003 he is directing the “Institute for Music and Acoustics” at the “Centre for Arts and Media Karlsruhe”. In 2009 he became a member of the
“Academy of the arts“ in Berlin.
(3)Jacopo Baboni Schilingi
Jacopo Baboni Schilingi was born in 1971 in Milan and lives in Paris. He studied composition with Fedele graduating in 1994 and he also studied conducting with Parisi. In 1993, he was chosen by IRCAM to enter the course in composition and computer music and in 1996, he studied with Ferneyhough and Huber at Royaumont. In 2010 he received his Phd in computer music. He composes music for soloists, ensembles, orchestras, for installations and movies taking part in the most important international festivals and working with the best known soloists and ensembles in Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Cina, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, USA, Ukraine. From 1995 to 2000 he was research composer at IRCAM in Paris. In 1999 Luciano Berio asked him to create the Music Pedagogy Department of Centro Tempo Reale in Florence and he directed since 2005. In 2001, he founded the group of music research PRISMA that he coordinates regularly. He formalized the Hyper–systemic aesthetic and in 2007 he published his theory in France and Italy. The publisher
