After two years of photo shot, producing , organizing and editing, Shiyang’s first personal photography collection “shanghai 24 hours” is published this October. “This book is a work itself ” quoted from Shiyang because SH24HS is a long term project. As every online&offine exhibition, video installation and print are an extension of this show, He always tries to find different ways to create the emotional exposure. Apart from the photography work , we notice that this book is published independently in the name of personal studio. So it raises the curiosity of the behind scene of this project in regard of the planning, execution and management process
We will invite Shiyang who is the author of this book and Xiaorui coming from Ruixiangguan to explore the photography work and then extend to a further discussion about the possibility from independent creation to independent publish.
