With the support of the kaospilots, the v… Read MoreDear friends, Last Saturday was an awesome day at Xindanwei. The volunteers did such a great job with the workshop!!!! We have worked around 8 hrs with the Community of Xindanwei and the members of Chinese Club. With the support of the kaospilots, the volunteers have gone trough the 6 disciplines of the Oasis game where the level of creativity and reflections in each were surprisingly high taking in consideration that we only had one day of training with the volunteers. There were so many good ideas and so many fun exercises that we are definitely taking back with us to Denmark!!!! (thanks guys for the apple song :-0) In several occasions I felt really touched by their way of talking about the Oasis game and I honestly believe that the beauty of this project is not only about implementing the tools, it is more than that. It is about changing people’s mind set, it is about feeling the change in ourselves, for us, for our community, for our society and for a better world. Last saturday, we had one of the most beautiful experiences and it is always nice to hear that many amazing people want to keep the Oasis not only in Shanghai, but in more places around the country. Thank you so much Xindanwei, for give us the freedom of creativity, for keeping your doors open to new ideas and for letting us make a dream come true!
